Refund policy

Envr Air accepts returns or exchanges for any reason within 48 hours of delivery of your window heat pump. If you’d like to return your unit, please contact our support team within this 48-hour window so we can schedule a pickup and process your refund or exchange.

After the initial 48 hours, all returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled directly through Midea’s manufacturer warranty program. As an authorized installer and reseller, Envr Air follows Midea’s warranty terms and procedures.

If your unit experiences any issues after this period or during the warranty coverage, we’ll be happy to assist you in starting a Midea warranty claim or connecting you with their support team for a quick resolution.
