Envr Air is a Massachusetts-based climate logistics company that installs, rents, and deploys heating and cooling equipment for individual units and entire buildings. We work faster, are more affordable, and far less disruptive than traditional HVAC — no construction and no displaced residents.
We leverage the logistics backbone of our sister company RentAnAC — the leading provider of window AC rentals, sales, and installations in the Northeast, with 50,000+ installs and a 4.9-star Google rating. That means warehousing across the Northeast, proprietary scheduling software, and experienced crews capable of managing a high volume of installations.
We've worked with some of the most prestigious institutions in the Northeast — including Boston Housing Authority, Providence Housing Authority, Harvard, Tufts, Columbia, and Brown. We are often working with historic dormitories, occupied high-rises, and older multifamily stock. We've navigated all of it, and those institutions keep calling us back.
Before we deploy, we do site visits and build strategic installation plans so nothing slows us down once we're on the ground. Our proprietary scheduling technology maps the fastest routes and sequences across a building, and our crews coordinate seamless logistics, resident communications, scheduling, and delivery.

Jesse is a serial entrepreneur who has spent 16+ years proving that you can move fast at scale and still do right by your people and your clients.
He founded RentAnAC in 2008 and grew it into the Northeast's leading window AC installation company, serving universities and building operators across the region. He also founded Fetch Storage, an on-demand storage company that was acquired, and has built companies that have won recognition for both business performance and culture.
Before Envr Air, Jesse worked at Acceleration Partners, an award-winning performance marketing company, where he sharpened his thinking about what it means to build an organization that does right by its people and creates real impact in the world.
He founded Envr Air because he saw a faster, more affordable path to decarbonization that nobody was taking. The technology existed. The need was urgent. What was missing was someone willing to treat building electrification as a logistics problem and solve it at scale for the communities that needed it most.
I started Envr Air because I got frustrated watching how slowly decarbonization is moving. We can convert a whole building in a week for a fraction of what it would cost with conventional methods. That's how you actually hit these climate targets.
