Envr Air installs heating and cooling solutions across entire buildings — quickly, affordably, and without disrupting residents. No construction. No electrical upgrades.
A logistics model 16 years in the making — applied to the most urgent gap in the clean energy transition.
We install through existing windows and plug into standard outlets — quick, simple, and tenant-friendly. Most installs take about 30 minutes, with residents staying right where they are throughout.
We've converted 194-unit high-rises in 12 days. That's a logistics advantage built over 16 years — warehousing, scheduling systems, and crews capable of 200+ daily installations.
One Gradient window heat pump replaces both the heating system and the window AC. Residents get individual temperature control — often for the first time. If a unit ever fails, it's swapped out in hours.
The Gradient All-Weather window heat pump heats and cools your home year-round — without the construction, ductwork, or electrical upgrades of a traditional system. Plugs into a standard outlet. Installs in minutes.
From housing authorities to clean energy funders, we partner with organizations leading the transition across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
